BELOW IS THE RESPONSE I HAVE NOW HAD FROM OLDHAM COUNCIL
“Unfortunately the company contracted to deliver the replacement recycling and waste collection calendars has failed to distribute large numbers. This contract failure means that the Council will step in and ensure that all calendars are re printed, issued and delivered early in the new year.”
I contacted the council department, filled in an online form and received on three days later.
No problem.
