Greater Manchester’s door-to-door service for people of all ages including children who find it difficult to use public transport.

Thier fully accessible minibuses and professionally trained drivers will assist you and your companions to get out and about with ease.

You can make short, local journeys to:

• do your shopping

• travel to work, school or college

• attend health appointments

• take part in social and leisure activities

• visit places of worship.

Registering to use the service and general enquiries

Before you book a journey with Ring & Ride, you must be registered as a member. Registration is simple, quick and free of charge.

Just phone: 0161 200 6011. Lines are open 8am-10.30pm.

Once you have registered your details you will be sent your membership card and telephone booking number which will enable you to start using the service.

Fares

People who have a Transport for Greater Manchester (formerly GMPTE) National Concessionary Travel Pass (Concession Plus) and children under five travel free. All other fares including concessionary fares are set at a subsidised rate, please contact us on 0161 200 6011 for up to date fare information.

Animals

Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance/support dogs can travel on Ring & Ride vehicles free of charge. For the comfort and safety of all our passengers, other dogs and pets are not allowed.
