I have been informed by the council they have had a number of operational issues on Friday which have affected the food and garden collections.

These have impacted on both the rural and main collections.

Rural Round

Due to operational issues they were not able to collect green bins (food and garden waste) for properties on our rural round on Friday 17 June.

Unfortunately they will not be able to return to collect these bins until the next scheduled collection next week.

They apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Main Round

If your green (food and garden waste) bin has not been collected on Friday 17 June, please leave your bin out for collection.

Crews will endeavour to return on Saturday 18 June. Should they not collect on Saturday we will return first thing on Monday (20 June).
