Dear Howard
Hope you can help regarding proposed resurfacing work on Smallbrook Road Shaw: I love on Woodend opposite the bowling green. We have been told the work doesn’t extend to Woodend and then Oldham council told us the work had been postponed anyway until November. I got up this morning to find bollards all down Woodend. I rang highways and spoke to an unhelpful male who said it is to allow utilities to do work??? Unable to tell me which utilities and said I would need to write to traffic??? We have had no notification from any utilities companies that they are doing work and that we are unable to park on our street. The male at the council was really unhelpful- surely they must know who had put bollards down and why
Look forward to hearing from you
