Temporary closure order, the effect of which is to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of Blackshaw Lane Royton at its junction with Cornish Way and Cornish Way from Blackshaw Lane to Cornish Way.

The alternative route is via Blackshaw Lane – Heyside, Oldham Road, Big Lamp roundabout, Manchester Road, Shaw Road, and Cornish Way – local diversions in place.

This is to allow gas main renewal works and will be in force for a maximum period of two weeks from 7th April 2015, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
