Coronavirus: grab a jab at walk-in clinics, or book an appointment now

All those aged 18 and over are encouraged to get the Covid vaccination, to protect themselves and others and help stop the spread.

In total across the borough, there have now been 142,950 – or 73% – of Oldham’s registered population aged 18 or over vaccinated with their first dose, and 109,654 – or 56% – of our registered population aged 18 or over vaccinated with their second dose.

People can book an appointment for a Coronavirus vaccination online through the online booking system, where they may be offered an appointment at the Royal Oldham Hospital; at an Oldham community pharmacy site, or at the Etihad campus in Manchester.

Alternatively, regular walk-in clinics are taking place every day, for all those aged over 18 to receive either their first-dose Pfizer vaccination, or their second dose if it is at least eight weeks since their first dose.

Regular clinics are taking place this week at The Royal Oldham Hospital on the following dates:

Monday 12 July 8.30am to 7.30pm

Tuesday 13 July 8.30am to 7.30pm

Wednesday 14 July 8.30am to 5.30pm

Friday 16 July 8.30am to 7.30pm

Saturday 17 July 8.30am to 5.30pm
