Councillor Hazel Gloster was happy to propose approval of the redevelopment of this derelict site at the Oldham Planning Committee recently.
The developer proposes to clear the site and build new industrial premises with ample car parking in its place. The Committee voted unanimously to accept Hazel’s proposal which will see a significant change to this location which is currently an eyesore.
What will be the planned use of the building and what kind of industry has been approved? Is that detail known yet?
